No returns or exchanges will be accepted on custom work, items that have been worn, altered, sized or engraved. Special orders (if returnable) will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The return period is 2 weeks from the date of purchase and at management’s discretion. A 10 business day wait applies to purchases paid with a check.
